Fascinating is the way in which the body conserves the vestiges of time, much like an artist´s canvas.

By means of a personally meaningful artistic project, I deal with current issues such as criticism of the image and social aesthetic canons. It's the body that speaks for the individual, reporting what's happened to her or him and why.

The flesh on which the marks are left is nothing more than a body, but a body to which her entire life is attached, a body that continually experiences pain and deterioration. This, however, does not make the scars any less beautiful than they are in reality. Rather, it is what makes them stand out in a crowd.
